i-CON sets on to establish new standards to deliver end-to-end customer management solutions through an absolute incorporation of competent and skilled workforce, integrated technology and multifarious communication portals.

The company makes use of dedicated customer management technology channels via Voice, Internet, SMS services and Fax services in creating a total contact center environment.  

The i-Con workforce is composed of contact center professionals with university and advanced degree education and are highly trained and constantly monitored for quality and development purposes.

i-CON goes beyond the conventional practice of providing customer service by proactively exceeding the need of the client's customers.

Hotline Operations

i-Con provide professional and friendly assistance to our clients' customers inbound and outbound through a dedicated number, whether using a landline or a mobile phone.

Internet & SMS Service (ISS)

i-Con services are not limited to over-the-phone correspondence, we also offer equally efficient service through the World Wide Web.  Highly trained contact center professionals provide the same kind of effective customer service to those who choose to contact us thru the Internet.

i-CON is the first to introduce the Short Messaging System (SMS) in the Philippine contact center Industry.  We have thus made it possible for our clients' customers to get in touch with us using the latest wireless technologies.

Telemarketing Services

To help increase the market share of our clients, the telemarketing group is tasked to do outbound calls and make our clients' name recognized by many. It is responsible for the outbound campaigns on information dissemination about the client's products and services.

The group's function is amplified by using a Computer-Telephony Integrated system, the same system being used by the Postpaid Hotline, to generate possible subscribers for cross-selling and upselling. 

Support Services

Our operation is supported by several groups that consist of highly skilled professionals who were also provided with extensive training in their respective fields of expertise.  These groups provide assistance to our operations in processing, monitoring operational needs of the entire organization, and ensuring the delivery of excellent quality of service to our clients' customers.

This is further emphasized by having specialized groups specifically dedicated for maintaining and developing quality of work standards and processes, system support and process automation, and training and hiring that would aid in enhancing the operational efficiency of the whole organization.
