DOUBLE-YOUR-LOAD PROMO MECHANICS:
1. Smart Money Double-Your-Load-Promo gives account holders a chance to Double the airtime load they purchased via Smart Money, within a prescribed week.
2. Transactions qualified for this promo are:
a) airtime load purchase for loading of one’s Smart subscription (self-load) and
b) purchase for another Smart prepaid account (send-load).
3. All Smart Money account holders (postpaid and prepaid subscribers) are eligible to join the Smart Money Double-Your-Load-Promo. Accounts issued for trade transactions are not eligible to join the promo.
4. One hundred (100) winners will be drawn weekly and will be credited the total amount of airtime load purchased, made within a prescribed week.
Ex. A subscriber makes several airtime load purchases amounting to P500 during a prescribed week. If his account number is drawn in the raffle, airtime load of P500 will be credited to his Smart subscription account.
5. Winnings will be credited to the Smart subscription account to which the winning Smart Money account is linked. For account holders with postpaid accounts, his winnings will come in the form of bill rebate, and will be credited the following bill period. Prepaid accounts will receive their winnings in the form of airtime load and will be credited within 48-hours from the raffle draw date.
6. Promo is extended from May 14, 2008 until June 10, 2008.

8. Electronic Raffle draws will be supervised by a DTI representative. Draw will take place at Smart Tower, Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
9. Winners will receive an SMS notification.
10. Airtime load winnings are not convertible to cash.
11. Smart employees including relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
12. In case of dispute, SMART Communication Inc.’s decision, in concurrence with DTI, shall be final.
